Shipping + Returns
Local delivery currently provided to Allegheny County, PA. Delivery fee (which includes shipping and handling costs) is $20 for each order (not each item). Inquire below about delivery to other areas. If you would like to pick up your order, pickup is in Ben Avon PA, and is free of charge.
Given the perishable and seasonal nature of flowers, returns of fresh flowers or greenery are not possible; however, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your bouquet or arrangement, please do let us know and we will make it right. Similarly, because getting the best flowers for you means ordering in advance from my suppliers, I cannot refund an order that is cancelled less than one week from delivery date (or class date, for classes).
